Goals for October:
Exercise at least 3 days a week (recovering from a foot injury) I exercised 4 days this week! Low impact. woo hoo
Carbs under 50 net: I did good here. No overages.
Get outside more and enjoy my favorite season: Didn't get out too much this week.
Fall clean-up of the home:Not so great
Okay week overall. Feeling back on track with workouts. Need to keep the momentum!2
