Ok I crashed and burned last week.
I have a cold and am barely making it through the day
So I am not going to make any goals this week except to try and get over this cold.

I crashed and burned last week too.
This week:
(1) get back to journaling daily
(2) log everything and stay under calories
(3) get in all my planned workouts and make a decision about the race I'm running at the end of Nov1 -
My weight is down again. Not sure if it's because I've been under eating too much, or because it was TOM, and I don't usually have those anymore! (Follow up meds for BC.) So, I've met my Halloween goal. When I'm participating honestly in these challenges, I always manage to lose some, but don't always get to goal!
For this week:
1. Drink enough water. I can feel it when I don't.
2. Get more sleep. Too many late night weekend things, ended up in bed an hour early last night!
3. Cook more! My son and I have been drooling over a new cookbook...
4. Get a new futon frame so I can toss the broken one my other son insists on sleeping on!1 -
Yesterday did not go as I hoped. Today, I will choose to make excellent choices.0

Yesterday went pretty well food-wise, and I logged everything. I couldn't get myself to run home in the dark, but I got in a pilates class. Goal for today is to keep up the logging and run.1

Ditto my day again. BUT--- Going old school for awhile. See if that helps. I put together a notebook yesterday. (ebook "My Weight Loss Success Plan" - I have printed it and put it in a notebook with cute little tabs. I also printed a form that I've used in the past to write down what I eat during the day instead of entering it in the computer. We'll see if maybe this can help me stay focused now that I'm busier during the day and not always on the computer. Basically, I just need to remember what I'm suppose to be doing during the day food and exercise wise and why I'm doing it. My weight has not gone done during this challenge (or this year for that matter), but it will.0

Completed my "at home" office work! Yippee! Yesterday's eating was better. So, here's for working at this to be the day I get completely back on task. Will just keep trying till I get there.0

Hasn't happened. But I do have all of our financial info organized and ready for our meeting with the estate planner next Tuesday. (The hubby's hoping to retire in the next few years.) The week has been pleasant and I'm finally looking forward to starting a week in a more orderly fashion. While I did not reach my food goals this week, I have made the necessary changes to meet and exceed them during future weeks and beyond. Feels good.0
