Right now salt and vinegar kettle chips are my trigger when the urge to binge strikes. I can't have them in my house anymore. All 3 binges this week started with them. They are so crunchy, salty good.0

I can't keep anything sugary at home. No ice cream, no candy, no chocolate, no sweet cereal or granola, no cookies, no nothing - not even sweet yoghurt or dried fruit.
I only buy the quantity of things that I want myself to consume the same day - ei I buy one chocolate bar, because if I get 5 I'll eat 5....0 -
Sugar is the tricky one for me, but then also bread and butter and date scones! Why is it that date scones pile on the kgs way more than bread or other carbs? A friend of mine has noticed that as well. I just love date scones, after last weekend I best not to make them again for a while. Can't stop at just one or two.;) Hope you guys have had a great weekend and wish you the best week ahead. Lets be determined to beat our fleshly desires!:)

Kettle chips update. I almost bought three more bags at the store today because they are still on sale. I had them in my cart and before I checked out I actually put them back. That is a huge victory for me as these are a serious trigger food for me!2

@Gettingfit2017 wow, good job! That's huge. And not geting the junk makes not eating the junk a lot easier. Really good job!0

My chocs all gone now so now to get back on track. At least I have eaten it over several days and not all at once like I used too! Actually I find if I buy dark choc I don't need to eat as much. I really think it's the cocoa I crave??0
