Yep. That's what they look like. I confess that I buy the crinoline (and petti pants that you can't see) underneath but the dresses I make myself.

I made my daughter an alice lon petticoat for one of her dances...took me 8 hours...it did turn out amazing though!!!

Also, read this. Lyle does a pretty good job of explaining the mechanisms of it all.

And this type of thing is why I started supplementing aminos in the first place! This kind of backs up what I'd already researched, so I find it interesting. I'm not willing to jump up my carbs that much, for sure...but the info is great!

Exercise. Best natural mood enhancer around. It doesn't have to be a trip to the gym for something structured and it is often times hard to put on shoes and step out the front door for a walk.

If nothing else, it provides a sense of accomplishment. I'm quite certain it also has many positive physical benefits from "heart to head".

I could not agree with this more. Every time I have stopped working out, within a couple months my wife is begging me to start again because of my mood. It really doesn't mean you have to be a gym rat. It just means you need to do more than you currently are doing - even just taking a 20-30 minute walk a few times a week.

Thanks SuperCarLori and Gallowmere for bringing up the serotonin connection. A big light bulb went on. I increased my LCHF friendly carb intake and I feel so much better. Clothed and in my right mind so to speak. Also KnitorMiss thanks for bringing up thyroid issues. Last time I did low carb I had a thyroid. Now I am totally dependent on synthroid. Lots of stuff to figure out.
