Snack was a fun size twix bar and a tiny bag of chocolate covered blueberries. Joletta you know what I'm talking about.
Good on water and a 30 minute walk with the dog.
What is pickle ball?1 -
B - cranberry instant oatmeal, strawberry banana chobani Greek yogurt, and banana. 2 cups coffee with creamer.
L - one small steak soft shell wrap and 1/2 pizza calzone (all homemade) and a cinnamon roll protein bar
D - 2 slices homemade supreme pizza and 1/2 cup pasta salad.

Regular walking for exercises. Not a lot tho.1 -

Walked 10700 steps (this includes 1hour of a Zumba class).
Our Zumba teacher asked everyone for a non scale weight tip or comment. I told about our group and I won a free class!!1
