Deload?

So. I've started Strong Lifts 5x5 about three weeks ago. Everything was going well, weight increasing per the app, until, when squatting, I pulled my groin. Hurts, but I've felt this before and it'll get better with time. Doesn't hurt as much once it's warmed up.
I kinda figure that it's a good idea to lay off the squats and dead lifts until it gets to feeling better.
Once I start up again, I'll probably have to start at a lower weight level. How do I do this with the app on my I-Phone?
Thanks

If you have a delay over one week it will ask if you want to deload -- it varies the percentage of deload based on how long it was from the last recorded workout -- I stopped lifting in the fall and just started back up - it suggested a 50% deload. You can also manually click on the weights suggested and it will let you make changes.0
