I keep seeing moon cheese at various stores. Has anyone tried this? Is is like a cheese puff? What are your thoughts?

I like the Pepper Jack flavour but it's kind of expensive for what it is. It's cheese with the moisture removed so it's hard and it tastes like a more concentrated version of the cheese. Hard cheeto-ish, I guess.

You don't get a lot and I see it sold for close to $6 CAD.

It's very expensive but pepper jack is my favorite flavor and Gouda is amazing too!
I have yet to find one single non low carb person that likes it. I think that's kind of a funny observation. Absolutely everyone I know that doesn't eat LC, has said that it's disgusting and they don't know how I can eat it. Lol

OMG it is amazing. Around here I can only get it at Starbucks and it's over $4 a bag but yum!!! Hard cheeto-ish is a good descriptor. It's not puffy and air filled like a cheese puff but it's got crunch.

Up until recently, I only saw it at Starbucks also, but noticed it at a Sobey's deli a few weeks ago. Was slightly cheaper. Pepperjack is my favorite, but I do not like the cheddar. Reminds meof those awful goldfish crackers. It is hard and crunchy, but tastes like cheese.

I don't like it. The texture is just not what I want. It's [the texture] hard and "fake." The flavor wasn't horrible. But, it wasn't worth the cost for what it is.

I think I got some at World Market last year. As I recall I didn't really care for it.

I love it and can only find it at Mountain CoOp in Vancouver so when I go to the US I buy bags of it. If you liked Cheezies as a kid it is a good keto transition to Moon Cheese as an adult.

I found it disgusting. I bought a bag several months ago, and the remants are still sitting around somewhere.
