I really need some help in what I eat, I am thinking I am doing great but my choices are not the best.
breakfast: 1/2 tsp of butter, scramble eggs with two slice of turkey bacon and 1 slice of whole wheat bread
smoothie made with dole fruit (1 bag) banana and 16 oz of water with a handful of Kale, I drank 1 glass full 8 oz.
lunch: 3 hand full of spring mix salad, with 3 mini carrots, 3 slices of tomatoes with 4 little pieces of mushroom, then I added 1/2 can of sardines
once I logged this I maxed out my protein% and fat% with 560 calories to go with 126 carbs. I decided not to eat anything else for the night because it did not matter what I eat I would have went over my limit in protein and fat. What should I have eaten??? At the end of my journal it was mention that it’s important to eat the amount of calorie to lose the weight.
Need help with good breakfast lunch and dinner too include snacks and stay in my limit of 1200 calories. Thank you.
