I hit the 10 pound mark! Very happy today :smile: I'd like to lose 20-25 more, but I'm happy with whatever happens at this point because I feel so great!

    Thanks everyone! Don't think I could have done it without all of you! My additude towards continued weight loss and health achievement is to constantly re-evaluate what I'm doing and tweak things that may or may not be working.

    This morning I tried skipping my BPC, and just drinking black coffee because I realized a couple days ago that I wasn't actually hungry when I woke up, but I was still making the BPC because I liked it and it was habit. I would be able to go until 10 or 11 until I needed something to eat. Well, with the black coffee I wasn't hungry until 12 or so. Although, I didn't really enjoy drinking the coffee black so maybe I'll just switch to tea. Yay for IF!

    Awesome! I also hit the 10 pound mark today, didn't realize it would feel so good as I'm so far away from my goal. Nothing more motivating than seeing the scale move:) I just joined this forum. I want to do this with if+low carb. I'm trying to figure out whether to just focus on low carb and if or low carb and BP if.
