Wow! We all have our stories as I have mine as to why we retreat to food when feeling....
I'm discovering some uncharted territory this time around by being conscious and mindful about my eating patterns, stress, how my brain and body works regarding cravings and habits.
Just in the few minutes I've been on his board, I've already found some awesome posts, helpful suggestions, education, and so many eating patterns I that relate with. Looking forward to the motivation, encouragement and finding some motivational and encouraging friends.

It's a new thing for me to try and "sit" with my feelings instead of just reacting by eating, and I've been learning some things about myself. And for me, exercising every day has been HUGE, it's a time I seem to process uncomfortable things that have come up, and it reminds me every morning that I want to make healthy choices.0
