you may be burning while doing different intensities of each of the alpha and beta FOCUS T25 workouts for 25 minutes. This is a tool that can be used to estimate calories burned if you are not wearing a heart rate monitor with a calorie tracker. This is useful if you are logging your exercise and food in the MFP diary.
