FOCUS T25 Support Group November 2016

This is a support group for FOCUS T25. This is a Beachbody program led by Shaun T. The first day of the program will begin with the Alpha phase on Monday October 31st 2016, and wrap up five weeks later. The group is open to anyone who wishes to participate in the program. This includes individuals who have done the program before, or those who are new to the program like myself. Men and women alike are encouraged to join to help provide support, motivation and accountability for those of us who are new to the workouts.
