So I have a tip I want to share. But I'll do a little details before it. I used to love juice and soda (juice a bit more actually) and would drink it allllllll the time with everything and anything I ate. I also ate all the time, making trips to the fridge every few minutes it seemed. A change was needed. I switched to water. No juice, no soda, no tea, no coffee, no smoothies, nothing. Only water and low fat milk of course. BUT I kept on eating whatever I wanted. I just never had seconds and ate every 4 hours. Also I never exercised. In 8 months I lost those 30 pounds. So imagine with diet and exercise what you guys, and gals could do. Water is the best friend a person could have. Half a gallon a day flushes those pounds away.0

Great Tip! If I might add, a glass of water first thing in the morning will help your organs normalize and make you feel less hungry throughout the day as well!
