I find that the better organized I am for my meals and snacks, the better I eat. This means buying plenty of fruits and veggies over the weekend, and washing and chopping them so they are ready to grab and go. I am also thinking about my meals and how I can cook one item, such as a big roast chicken, and make it stretch to another meal. What is everyone doing this week to get organized?

I usually start by stocking up on ingredients for the low calories meals that I already have in my arsenal. Then I like to research new vegetable dishes and them on the weekend. I pretty much visit the grocery store 4 times a week minimum lol. The more variety I feel I have, the better I do.1
