I just did her Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism DVD, which runs an hour. After 30 minutes my knees were shaking and I knew it was time to stop. I will not feel bad about completing 30 min instead of 60, because I COMPLETED 30 MINUTES!!! It is a start. Since I am starting from scratch after more that 1 year of not working out consistantly this is great. Because the question wasn't will I do it? I DID IT!!

    U Rock!!!! 30 mins is soooooo much better than 0!!!! Before you know it you will be doing 90 mins!!!!!
