I over ate last night. Made loaded nachos Paleo friendly, GF, Lactose Free, Sugar Free. Dang they were good. I make my own taco seasoning, with ground chicken or lean ground beef. Mmmmmm...... Used banana chips in stead of corn chips. It adds a tropical flavor almost, like the mango salsa from Costco. Black olives, with tapioca based "cheese", layered with the meat, baked till the "cheese" is melted. Perfect for a Saturday dinner.0
