Ok, this is not an invitation or seeking any attention thanks, this is to those who had low libido, did you find it increased with keto? especially woman? I understand some ladies might not want to comment and I feel a bit weird asking this, but I have notices a noticeable difference, sluggish like "I can live without that in my life forever" to hmm I feel a bit more alive... is it connected? It could be a great thing for people on medications that suppresses libido, or post natal depression etc...

Yes, fat is needed for healthy hormones and with keto, we get a lot of it so that means...extra healthy hormones5

Yes. I think there is the hormone factor plus just having more energy and getting nice comments about appearance from hubs doesn't hurt either.3

I wish I could have that side effect!3

I concur with the happier ladies. And being perimenopausal, another good thing I've noticed is I'm not so much like the Mojave down south anymore.5

Yes. One of the benefits of higher fat intake that's often overlooked, is that it tends to jack up testosterone levels. This is beneficial in both the sexual and general physical performance areas to both men and women. However, due to womens naturally lower T levels, they'll notice the increase more than men do.
It is the fat though, not the lowered carbs. I can personally attest to that, as my T levels are currently tanked on my RFL run at the moment, due to my fat intake being nothing more than fish oil caps, and incidentals. I have more interest in staring at a wall than I do in sex at the current time. It will remain that way until I go back to balanced intake, or con a doctor into giving me TRT.2 -
For me it's not about quantity or desire (that's always there for me) but quality. I feel so much better about myself that I feel better in all aspects, including in the bedroom. I've stopped thinking things like "I'm to fat to do that".3

Yup! I especially notice it during certain points in my cycle.1

ahhh Testosterone, because I also feel like i and really increasing my communication in my work situation, i feel very clear headed and driven as opposed to slinking away from saying what i really felt, lol I have even given in my notice not to renew my contract next year because I reckon I can do better lol!!! crikey the hormones! feels great to have that added confidence, this is amazing....4
