Okay how bad is this? That little cold/sinus thing that hit me a few days ago hasn't been that severe. I loved that part about it. But I have hardly eaten in the last 4 days. No breakfast on Monday or Tuesday. Breakfast is usually a protein shake with almond milk, powder, and heavy cream. I didn't think it would be the best thing to have since the whole nasal/dairy thing hasn't ever been a good mix for me. Wednesday and Thursday I had some almond/cashew butter (homemade). Just a spoonful. Today maybe two fat bombs for breakfast. Small lunch each day. Supper was pretty normal. Needless to say, I have lost about 2 pounds since last Saturday. But I am worried as far as keto goes and macros and nutrition. Is this bad? How bad? I am slowly getting my appetite back.

You'll be fine, it's just like fasting over breakfast for a few days. Lots of people do that. It's quite normal for people not to want to eat while they're ill. You might see a little weight bounce back as you start eating properly again but it will go again. I hope you feel better ASAP.1

Anything for a few days doesn't tend to the be the end of the world, other than electrolytes... Keep those in check, and you'll be fine. We worry so much about these kind of things. Our ancestors used to fast for days/weeks at a time...it's how our bodies are geared, in times of stress, etc.0

A few days are not going to put you in starvation mode (that would take months)...listen to your body, it's busy healing and not wanting to spend energy digesting...2
