Newbie has a Q @ carbs in veggies

Hi guys, I am new to the group, doing week 2 of Keto so far and really loving it. I am following ruled.me 30 day transition into Keto and my first weigh in for myself will be Sunday!
The whole idea of having full fat food is new to me, any regimen I have followed before was of course restrictive in some ways, low fat items, but as I am researching the benefits of doing low carb & full fats, my eye are opened. Plus, since doing this so far my appetite has decreased! (Bonus)
so I have question, I logged my breakfast/lunch & my planned dinner for this evening, based on my macros of 75%fat, 20% protein, 5% carbs. I have 240 cals left & 25 grams of fat left, but am at 21 carbs for the day---the kicker, the majority came from the broccoli I had at lunch? So when I say, is a carb a carb....am I ok if am slightly over d/t fibrous veggies? ( I already reduced the fiber manually for my total count). Just being so new looking for some advice on how you all view things! Thanks

I have to make sure I am searching "net carbs" when I log veggies (search "broccoli, steamed net carbs"), otherwise 20 g carbs is quite low and you will appear to go over pretty quickly. I've always read you can eat 18-22 net carbs a day as long as your average daily carbs are at 20, so a little extra broccoli once in awhile probably won't hurt, as long as you are a little below the 20 one day to average it out. You might want to add something with fat, but no carbs to make sure your macros are correct.0

I believe the stalk has more carbs that the florets which is why they are sweeter.
