Group Rules :)

1. No shaming other people for their trigger foods- for example, "What? Carrots aren't a binge food, they're healthy!" would be shaming! Please refrain, this is a support group
2. Please try to be active in the group, for your own sake- keeping binges under control can be hard, but posting here can help motivate you!
3. Give advice, but try not to be too pushy! For example, instead of telling someone that cutting out a trigger food is impossible and they shouldn't even try it, give them more helpful advice- like that instead of cutting them out completely, they should learn how to moderate it, and then explain how.
These rules aren't exactly strict laws, but general guidelines- except for the first one! PLEASE be supportive of other group members.
