I've been on my journey to get healthy for about a year. I don't necessarily need to lose weight, just fat. I found a "before" pic from January and I took one for a friend last week (which became my "after"). I didn't realize how far I've come until I saw both pix side by side. sjjpnuo3tlqe.jpg
