Workout First Trimester

Hey ppl! I just found out I'm 5 weeks prego (TODAY) and I used to go boxing (without contact, bags work only) and running and stuff, which included abs workout. I try to find the info online but can't find anyone saying the same thing. What do you think : Should I keep doing abs? First trimester? Never? HELP.

Hi! I think normal ab workouts are fine for the first trimester, but second trimester it's better to focus on things that don't involve laying on your back. So: planks, standing oblique crunches, standing crunches (google it for instructions)0
