Ingredients:

2 1/2 C Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t baking soda
3 eggs
1T agave nectar
1/2 t apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, then add agave and vinegar then mix wet ingredients into dry. Scoop batter into a small (approx. 6x3 inch) well greased loaf pan
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes on bottom rack of oven; until a knife comes out clean, cool and serve.
