Ok guys! I need help! As I stated in the Recent NSV thread, I'm trying to UP my calories! I'm struggling! It's hard! I feel nauseous and like I'm forcing myself to eat. I'm looking for foods that will go down easily.
Right now I'm trying to eat a minimum of 1,500 calories, 100-120 grams of protein, fats and carbs are flexible to make up the rest of my calories.
Caveat...nuts are not an option. I have ZERO self-control with nuts and cannot bring them in my home.
I was thinking about fat bombs if anyone has a reputable site for recipes, or a go-to recipe, that'd be great!
Thanks!

You could do fattier cuts of meat. Like chicken thighs or 80/20 (if you eat beef).
Higher fat or full fat dairy. More calories for the same serving size.
Add butter or olive oil to your veggies.
Full fat dressing on a salad.
Maybe add in some treats? http://thebigmansworld.com/2016/09/02/healthy-1-minute-low-carb-vanilla-mug-cake/
I haven't tried these yet, but they don't sound gross: http://www.simplydelisheats.com/recipes/reeses-pb-protein-balls

This is really good, but it's really filling. Calorically dense though! http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/main-course-casseroles/hamburger-sausage-broccoli-alfredo-low-carb.html?utm_source=pinterest&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=share

That sausage broccoli thing looks amazing!
Kinda hijacking my own thread, lol! My concern are saturated fats. Animal products and tropical oils have saturated fats. It's recommended to keep those about 12-16 grams per day based on my total intake.
I know we have some keto supporters, any good references on why saturated fats are not evil?0 -
How about nut butters spread on apples, celery etc?1
