Bodyweight Routine with a Chart?

Hi guys.
My boyfriend is going to get back into exercising now that he is DONE with his 60+ hour a week job on Friday. He really prefers running and Bodyweight resistance training only, not weights. I use Stronglifts and Wendler's 5/3/1 as my "plan" and Wendler's has a printable chart.
He loves my chart and wants something like that for bodyweight stuff. Even just like a calendar grid with the stuff written in the boxes he should do each day. He is willing to work long and hard, so it can't be only 20 minutes worth of stuff....
Anyone know of any printable charts that are hard and comprehensive and include all of the things he should be doing? With some off days in between for running?
He's 5'9" 160, not looking to lose weight, just recomp.
A calorie recommendation would be helpful too as I know nothing about men's calories. He barely eats and is getting skinny fat. He eats like 1500 a day. I told him 1800 was the minimum, more like 2400 most likely and he said that seems like way too much...
Any help and ideas are welcome! Thanks!

I am not aware of one. If he wants to do bodyweight exercises, I would recommend Convict Conditioning.
To work out calories, please read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets0 -
I use You Are Your Own Gym, but it's more in the 30 minute range. There is an app which makes it nice.0
