First Keto restaurant excursion

Today I treated myself to lunch out alone before a high anxiety dr apt. I went to my favorite burger place (Elevation Burger) and had planned on ordering with no bun. Got there and realized they do lettuce wrapped burgers. Two grass fed beef patties, aged cheddar, 1 slice tomato, elevation sauce, a few slices of raw onion wrapped in lettuce...1 net carb and 24 grams of fat of amazing delicious food that satisfied me but didn't make me feel over-full. I didn't miss the bun at all, however buns do make burgers easier to eat...I finally gave up and got a knife and fork.

I'd call that a success! Next time I'll add bacon.
