Eating them back

How many of you eat back your exercise calories when you run? Currently I am on week 5(starting w5d2 today), and have been burning close to 350 cals a run so my polar ft4 says. I was eating back most to all of those calories I burned but I am noticing a stall in weight loss and have just been feeling really heavy and blah. :frown:
So my question is, do you eat them all back, just a few of them, none of them...and why? Thanks!

All of the running calories. You need the fuel to go fast and far.
How long have you been stalled? Anything under 4 weeks I'd just wait out.0 -

I never eat back all of my exercise calories unless I feel like I need some extra fuel that day. I usually eat 1200-1400 calories a day. If I don't exercise it's closer to 1200. That's what my doctor recommended.
I stalled recently so I started adding 2 strength training workouts per week and I started losing again. Just try different things and see what works for you to get you past the plateau.0 -
Thanks everyone! I know in my head I *should* eat them, I just start freaking myself out about "what if" this is why the weight loss is slowing. It's been about two or three weeks now I would say.0
