Wedding anniversary- Eating carbs

We are going away on Friday for the whole weekend. I have been eating low carbs for 8 or 9 weeks now with no cheat meals, no extra carb days etc but next weekend I'm fully going to splash out on delish carby food (thai food with Rotis and curry puffs, vietnamese dumplings etc) so I'm wondering if I should ease myself into carbs before the weekend so I don't end up on the toilet the whole time? haha. When the weekend is over I'm right back into my low carb woe =)

Any advice (except to stay away from the carbs lol) is much appreciated!

Happy anniversary! I am about 9 weeks in and it's our anniversary next weekend as well.

I was going to cheat, but now am going to a steakhouse instead. I might get red wine and some dark chocolate though.

I wouldn't ease into it. I'd have your weekend, but also have the following week all planned out so you can get right back on track.

Oh wow cool! Happy anniversary fot next weekend!

When I've done low carb before and then gone over my limit I've had trouble with the other end haha and I didn't want it to happen whilst at a restaurant, that'd be embarrassing and ruin the weekend.

I usually plan 2-7days ahead with my mfp diary so that's no problem =)

I would ease into it. Last year, I was doing LC for about 6 weeks, no alcohol either. Went to Boston for my anniversary. Ate pizza, drank, etc the first day. Had reservations that night at a nice steakhouse in Boston. Literally, could not eat one thing I ordered. Spent the entire dinner in the restaurant bathroom.

Go slowly, and enjoy! Happy Anniversary!

I would pick one meal to indulge and get back on track afterwards. Have some on plan foods thought out for the next few meals afterwards. Maybe don't go too crazy if it makes you have bathroom troubles.
