My upper body feels so
Much bigger, nothing has changed measurement wise, but I feel really big from the waist upwards. This seems really weird to me and I can't explain. My tops feel the same. My top has always been one size bigger than my bottom clothes wise and it's never really felt any different until now ???? Confused.com

The mind games play hard somedays:)
I think everyone feels things are different with our bodies at many times of the day or week. Sometimes when we are putting emphasis on one area over another, it can stick out "like a sore thumb".
If you know everything is still the same and its just a feeling, chalk it up to the mind games:)

I get you!
At the minute I feel like I'm growing wings as my lats are developing!
This is why it's so important to take pictures.
Sometimes there is no change in measurements, clothes still feel the same but something feels different. When you compare pictures, there it is! A new change in shape, a little muscle peaking through.
If you want to develop your lower body more, just make sure you are including challenging leg days each week.
I know you do resistance band workouts, but you can do some extremely challenging because day weight lower body workouts. (Walking lunges are of the devil!)
