My first bet is electrolytes.
It could also be a case of sneaky carbs! Or a recent "oopsie meal/snack". I know I've had carbs sneak in and had a sudden decrease of energy.0 -
I think it was electrolytes, head ache hasn't come back and I've been adding salt to the water I've been drinking as well as adding quite a bit to my food. Energy has been restored!3
