More salt please!!

I'm struggling to get my 1.5 tsp of salt in a day. I've been adding a pinch of salt to every cup of water consumed as well as putting it on most food during the day as well... this is frustrating me to no other! I'm still way short!!
Desperate for suggestions on getting my salt in!!

    Hi @ProCoffeenator

Are you eating pickles? They make a wonderful snack and the kosher brand I buy are Zero calories.
Also I've found organic & nitrite free genoa or calabrese salami, it's salty and delicious.
Since beginning this woe my salt of choice is Himilayan Pink salt, use it liberally and add it to your hamburger, chicken, all veggie dishes. It's lovely added to avocado.
Some here maintain the needed levels by ingesting salt tablets.
Once you've reached the amount of salt we need to feel well, you'll always remember to "salt" your foods. Doing this lowered my BP readings considerably.
    Have a great Tuesday.
