Hello! My name is Tina! I'm a college Freshman currently struggling to stop gaining weight. I saw this thread and realized it's what I needed to do. So, at least until the end of the year I am going to be combining three types of diets the 5:2, 16:8, and LCD(Low calorie diet). I decided to post in this group because I don't feel like I will be judged for my decisions here unlike the rest of MFP.
I will be using this thread to post daily updates including weigh ins, food diary, progress pictures and more. Thank you everyone for the support I know I am sure to have!
11.15- No eating after 8pm
11.16-Water Fast
11.17-Water Fast
11.18-Water Fast till 8pm, eat till 9pm (Fruit only)
72 hour fast to start off diet
Rules of the Diet:
*Eating between 1pm to 9pm
*Drink 100oz+water daily
*Work out at least 1 to 2 hours per DAY
*Eat 500 or less calories on fasting days
*Eat 1000 calories on non-fasting days (Increase as needed but no more than 1400)
11.19- 1000 calories
11.20-1000 calories
11.21-500 calories
11.22-500 calories
11.23-1000 calories
11.24-1000 caloies
11.25- 1000 calories

Unless you are very short your weekly cals are much to low. If you do LCD please make sure you have a doctor keeping an eye on your stats.
You could do EODD - 500 every other day and maintaince on the other days. But being so low all the time is probably a recipe for failure if not unhealthy. Be careful what you do to your body. You are still young and you don't want to start yoyo-ing, Thus 16:8 / 5:2 combo losing a little slower but steadier would be my advice to you.5
