Has anyone read it? If so, your thoughts? I just purchased the Kindle version. I was reading on a Low Carb forum that it is a little easier to follow than Atkins, or not as restricting.

Thank you!

I don't know anything about this book but would love to read any inputs about it.

How is it easier to follow than Atkins?

I'm not sure. I haven't started reading it yet. But on the LC forum, I believe they said that the book concentrates more on Protein, lowering Carbs, and less on how much fat you eat.

Edit (just read some of the book): It allows you to use your carbs (30 net carbs for Phase I) however you want to. So you could have a slice of wheat toast with your breakfast, or a cup of strawberries.

I started reading a little bit on her blog. I think I'll try to find the book at the library.

Do update when you start the diet.
