@BT_rescuemom the biggest benefit for me would be less rheumatoid arthritis flares! Also appetite control! Honestly other than some hormone fluctuations I've not struggled too much! I've been lucky!0

You ladies look awesome. My face was the first place I noticed the difference as soon as I went LCHF...no more puffiness. Puffiness of the body takes a little longer...lol.0

Left side photo from 2 yrs ago (similar to today), from my security licence, and right side from my driver's licence 5 years ago, pre-diet. I must say it wasn't totally from Keto, but definitely from very low carb. I get a new DL picture early in 2017.
