I've tried low carb several times, always come back to it because I know it has a great results when done well. I am right at 1 week back on, I would say keto levels, though I don't track. I don't eat much for veggies so I have wiggle room for hidden carbs.
Somehow something "feels" different this time, in a good way. Not having the GI distress as in the past. I've had none of my usual IBS stomach pains that I have on SAD. My first weekend I ate too many nuts and dairy, which I am still figuring out if I should eliminate, but I maintained and managed not to throw in the towel Monday morning.
