It sounds weird, but I "gained" two pounds that hung around during the "Spring forward" part. One morning, I realized that last hour is when I often pee several times, and if I could put off weighing for an hour, back to the usual time, the weight was gone.
I see the same phenomenon lately since I've been waking up between 1:30 and 4:30 am, instead of my old 6:30.0 -
