Treadmill pain

Tonight i had my third trip to the gym, i ended up pushing myself harder then i meant too.... The guy on the treadmill beside me was running and it made me just want to work harder. Well i did 30 minutes at a 1% incline and 1.7mph that is the hardest i have worked in so long time. My current goal is to do 2mph for 30 minutes.
I just want to feel healthy again...

I am going to add mondays to my gym days now going right after work on my way home. I got a gym bag so i can keep it packed in the car and not even come home and get lazy lol!! So i am going to start mondays tomorrow.1
