I feel you, Antdowell. I went on a 4 month ice cream bender to try to cope with the stress of moving across the country this summer/fall. I'm working to get back in the habit of "mindful eating" where I enjoy or at least attend to everything that goes into my mouth, plus drinking water then adding an apple or carrot if that doesn't help. It's hard to re-set my tastebuds after a lot of processed sugar.1

I can totally relate to this Ant dowell. I'm very chocolate biased and really compromised when it comes to sugar and deserts. Glad you're here, welcome to the group!0
