Challenges....

I find that I do much better when I have a challenge going on, or something I commit to with other people. Most recently I gave up processed sugar as a challenge and this went so well that I have carried on past the end of the month long challenge. Is there anything that anyone else would like to do as a challenge for the month of December? For example, work out 3 times a week, or give up wheat or anything really. Let's do it together ladies and motivate each other!!! :smile:
