How it Works - The Point System
• One pound lost = 1 point
• One percentage of body fat lost = 2 points
• One day of logged meals = 2 points
• Sixty minutes of physical activity logged = 1 point
• Every day consecutively logged = 3 points
• Post Workout Sweaty Selfie = 5 points
Avon Fitness will keep track of all points.
