How to measure?

How do you measure your body fat % and such? This is something that I'd like to keep track of, but all I have is a scale. lol.

Lol hey there! Didn't see this post till now! So sorry for the late reply. My scale has measurements in weight. Fat % water weight and bmi. But if you search google fat %calculator there will be many calculators you can rely on . Maybe try web md idk if they fat but i've searched bmi but not fat. But i've searched fat %before and it was accurate just don't remember the site. Hope this helps. And a full measured scale only costs around $30.00 I got mine at target. It's a weight watchers SCale. Money well spent

Lame! And I say that, because I just bought a new scale about 2 months ago.
Oh well. I'll try to find a calculator online or something to that effect. And thanks for letting me know. When this scale poops out, at least I know where to go!
