    12/5 20 minutes Strength with 10 lb and 8 lb weights, Walk of Fat Fast 20 minutes
    12/6 Cardio Core workout with Jessica Smith
    12/7 5 Day Slim Down, Miles 1 and 2, (38 minutes) also 30 more minutes of aerobics
    12/8 Strength and Stamina, 30 minutes, Low impact HIIT, 10 minutes.
    12/9 Rest day
    12/10 Walk Off Fat Fast 20 and 40 minute walks
    12/11 4 Mile Super Challenge 32 minutes, 2 miles
    12/12 50 minutes Upper and lower body workout, abs too-Cathe Friedrich add on to Basic Step and Body Fusion

    Hello ladies. I had to stop walking and working out. My legs were too painful. It has been a week and although my legs feel a lot better I am still getting twinges of pain off and on. I promised myself no walking until I am 100%. I plan on ringing the in the new year with a healthy set of legs and feet.

    AnnofB and Lilymay... you two are amazing and inspiring. Continue to walk strong!

    Hi guys.

    Will you be starting a January 2017 group? I plan to dust off my dvd (think it's 4 miles) for times I can't get outside and this could be the group to keep me motivated.
