My Scale vs. Doctor Scale

i swear, it seems like every time i go to the doctor, they say i'm several pounds heavier than my scale at home does. so frustrating!!

    Yes it could be and it could be not. I would just try to stick in what makes it easier for me to see my weight flactuates whenever I can (home scale), I'm not saying that doctor's scale is not good, but normally when you go to doctors you normally weigh yourself in clothes, weighting yourself naked and with clothes doesnt make a huge (1-2kg or 2.2lbs - 4.4lbs) difference unless your clothes are pretty heavy.
    Other thing that could make the results different is:
    scale calibration
    If you went to bathroom before weighting
    The time of the day (and If you ate before going to the doctor or you were fasting and If you drank water or any liquids or not)

    Try not to fustrate about it using one to guide you is better.
