Thought I would share my latest progress pic. 9lbs lost between pic 1 and 2, 10lbs between 2 and 3.

I just wrapped up a 64 hour extended fast.

Thanks everyone! Actually had a post fast woosh this morning, down another 2.6lbs. Probably will gain back a little, but I'll take it for now.

How do you ultimately determine fasting has rid you of insulin resistance? IR is your reason for fasting correct?

It is my reason for fasting. That and burning visceral fat. I am going to ask for fasting insulin levels at my next doctor appt.

Also, because of my history of Gestational Diabetes and multiple pregnancy loss, my ultimate goal is to be able to achieve a viable pregnancy where I am not diabetic.
