Hello - I'm new to the group. Emotional eating is ONE of the reasons I'm overweight.

I eat when I'm frustrated (especially since I quit smoking), when I'm sad, angry, you name. If I feel it, I eat it.

I've recently accepted this and am looking for new methods of feeling without food.

ideas?
