Convenience store keto snack find

Hope these pics work. Just in case... These are "crispy seaweed snacks" from Thailand that I found in a 7/11 in London, Ontario, Canada. The brand is "Tao Kae Noi" and the flavour is "hot & spicy". At first, I was horrified at the taste because the smell is so strongly associated in my mind with piles of seaweed on the beach. But a few strips later and it grew on me, especially with the spicy flavour. Best part: only ONE gram net carbs in the whole bag! See if you can find them in Asian food aisles near you, maybe? Anyone else know any good seaweed snack brands/flavours or similar options?

The one I tried was like sheets of cellophane. I'm not sure I'd get it again. This looks more...substantial.0

Looks........interesting. I am typically into spicy foods. I have long said 3 things that make any food better are bacon, cheese and jalapeños. Hot sauce/peppers could be considered a food group in my book. I will have to look for these.0

Spent a year in Korea and while not LC at that time, tried lots of convenience store food like this (and squid jerky), none were my cup of tea. Unfortunately the only convenience store food that I did find a liking for was soju...Korean everclear that sold for about $1.50 in a liter bottle. I wasn't a heavy drinker, but this stuff went into everything and was tasteless. Unfortunately, as a commander, I had to deal with a lot of silly kids who unintentionally OD'd on the stuff. I'm sure a lot of those same kids had "scary Korean food challenge contests" while drinking said soju.0

Yeah...yucky in my experience...but my college aged kid completely loved it! I'm sure it was more a been there/done that experience that he could share with his peer group.
