Getting ready to dive into the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. Does anyone have any suggesstions? Have any of you experienced weight loss with this plan?

    I have been on this plan for a bit, and have successfully lost 40# and am working on losing 30 more. My husband is partially on it (still likes his junk food lol) and has seen weight loss as well-and he is diabetic, so also seeing better blood sugar numbers also.
