Recipe: 1.5 c almond flour 6 eggs 4 tbs butter, melted 3 tsp baking powder .25 tsp cream of tartar Salt

Oven 375°F, 30 minute bake(keep an eye on it, just golden brown don't overcook it)

Beat the tartar and the whites of the eggs until stiff peaks. Mix the yolks, butter, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add 1/3 of the egg whites mixture and mix well. Fold the rest of the egg whites mixture in gently. Greased 8x4 loaf pan

Yields 20 slices 1 slice: 90 cal Fat 8g Protein 4g Net carbs: 1.25 g

    Thanks for sharing this recipes. I've got some almond flour that needs to be used, so I think I'll try it.

    FYI - In case you don't know, there is a LCHF recipes group where this recipe might get a bit more attention. Although, the thread has not been very active lately.

    Thank you for this! I do miss being able to eat quick breads. I'm going to try this with some cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and birch sugar (aka xylitol - I hate that name, lol).
