Different C25K Versions

Hi, just thought Id check. Im doing the C25K programme for the treadmil from C25K.com http://www.c25k.com/c25k_treadmill.html

Are there different versions as I keep seing a slightly different version on some online searches? :smile:

    Yes there are different versions, but in the end they are basically all the same. They all alternate walking and running.

    I did not realize this, I assumed when I posted that I finished a certain week/day it was the same for everybody. I wonder how much variance there is in the different programs.

    I started out using one for the treadmill, but the treadmill got boring for me, and I would end up in a tunnel vision and dizzy so I shifted to outside as soon as possible. Each plan will vary depending on that everyone's goal is. Some go on time (which are the plans I recommend, because then you don't worry so much about distance) and some go on distance. There are even some plans I have seen that bring in hills and speed drills, which are more for prior runners who fell off the wagon and are getting back on.

    Will stick with the one im doing which is based on time primarily. Anything that's got me running for 5mins solid when I couldn't even do 30 seconds before has my vote :happy:
