Under "Reports" what does "net calories" indicate? It seems a fair bit lower than the report for "calories" but I can't work out what it means.

Not a premium member but net calories indicates your calories including exercise calories burned.

So if your total consumption was 1500 calories but you burned 500 exercise, then your net calories were 1000.

That's what I thought. Just confusing the way it's tracked. My MisFit is linked and the main screen shows goal plus exercise cals and calories remaining. Which doesn't equate to the "net calories" report.

I have premium, you can choose whether or not to add your exercise calories back in. Not sure which report you're looking at, I only use mfp on my phone now, but my default dashboard shows goal - calories consumed + exercise calories = calories remaining. Though I have my account set to ignore the exercise calories so my exercise always shows 0. Otherwise it would add those calories back in to show how much food you can eat still.

I don't eat back my exercise calories, I use it as more of a guide to how active I've been.

On the MFP website there's a tab that says "reports" and it has a heap of graphs, net calories, calories, carbs, protein, fat, exercise etc (all separate reports). I mostly use the app too but I wanted to see what I got for my paid subscription. Have to say buying a 12 month membership at $64.95 ($5.40 per month) is a lot better than the $12.99 per month option (which is what I used to have - and then cancelled because I didn't feel it was worth it).

Omg that sounds so expensive in dollars! I think I only paid about £39 for the year and my subscription is probably up soon. I'm happy to pay though just to avoid the ads everyone complains about.

39 pounds is the same as $65

I think that was to US funds, not Austrailian, @EbonyDahlia ...
    39 British Pound equals
    48.28 US Dollar
